– Still having a razor sharp edge that can shave, but at a less aggressive angle. If you have any risks of hitting bones, rocks or ceramic, this profile decreases the chances of chipping, but does not make it indestructible either. Both edge profiles are sharpened to 14,000 grit with the help of diamond paste.
